This box was custom fabricated for a stove manufacturer, and featured a custom die cut insert which added extra protection for the intended contents. Composed of a tough corrugated stock and industrial glue, the box measured 69" in length, and 33-5/8" in width, with the insert measuring 37-3/8" in length by 21-7/8" in width. Tolerances of 1/16" were required for the insert, and 1/8" for the box. The dies for this project were based on the customer supplied 2D drawings, and manufactured in 2 to 3 days. Manufacturing required the use of our die cutting and scoring capabilities, after dimensional verifications the box joints were glued.
