		Custom Die Cut One Piece Folder for the Packaging Industry The corrugated box shown here highlights our ability to build custom boxes with enhanced features. Used to store a variety of Items, it features air cells that protect the corners of the products contained through shipping. The customer supplied specifications for this project called out a box that would be 45-5/8" in length, 41-3/16" in width, and varying in depth. Finished boxes are tested to the design weight limits that customers requite. We produce this product in orders of 100 with lead times of 3 to 4 days. 		Die Cut Corrugated Box & Insert for the Packaging Industry This box was custom fabricated for a stove manufacturer, and featured a custom die cut insert which added extra protection for the intended contents. Composed of a tough corrugated stock and industrial glue, the box measured 69" in length, and 33-5/8" in width, with the insert measuring 37-3/8" in length by 21-7/8" in width. Tolerances of 1/16" were required for the insert, and 1/8" for the box. The dies for this project were based on the customer supplied 2D drawings, and manufactured in 2 to 3 days. 		Die Cut Corrugated Handle Box for the Packaging Industry This die cut corrugated handle box is an example of a multi-use box that can be manufactured for a wide variety of applications. Made from durable corrugated material, it features a handle and shape that make it ideal for carrying information, as a moving box, or for product sampling sales. The packaging industry customer who contracted us to fabricate this box supplied us with 2D drawings, calling out all of the necessary dimensions. Measuring 33-3/8" in length, and 18-7/8" in width, it required tolerances of 1/16" to 1/8". 		Fabricated Kraft Paper Honeycomb for the Packaging Industry The kraft paper honeycomb packaging material shown here has proven ideal for a wide array of applications. It's been used successfully in the packaging of pallets, void fillers, shock absorbers, or as inner box structures. This particular project was fabricated to specific customer specifications. It utilized a Kraft paper material, with cell sizes of 0.4375" to 1.200", it also needed to meet a compression rating of 2000 to 8000 lbs. Because of this versatile design thickness is unlimited. Depending on size we can typically fill orders for this product in 10 days. 		Custom Die Cut & Printed Corrugated Cake Boxes This box is currently die cut for a food industry customer in the Southwest. This box is die cut from white corrugated stock and features custom red lettering. The customer supplied drawings which called for dimensions of 42-1/16" in length, and 28-5/8" in width, with dimensional tolerances of 1/16" to 1/8". Quality control is maintained through regular dimensional inspection throughout the production run. The manufacturing portion of this product required die cutting and scoring. 		RSC Corrugated Box for the Shipping Industry This standard box is manufactured for customers in the shipping and packaging industries. Measuring 16-9/16" in length, 16-3/8" in width, and 16-1/8" in height, it is scored and slotted from a durable corrugated material. It features glued joints for added strength, and is held to tolerances of ±1/8". Boxes such as this can be manufactured in quantities of 100 and up, with lead times of as little as 2-4 days. This seemingly commonplace item is manufactured to be tough and resilient. We only use the highest quality corrugated materials and glues are specially formulated for strength and durability.
