		Custom Corrugated Packaging Chattanooga Box is a custom manufacturer of corrugated packaging of all sizes and types, producing bulk boxes, Gaylord boxes, pallet boxes, shippers, and corrugated partitions and dividers as well. Custom features available include double or triple walled construction, lamination of boxes and dividers, glued or stitched joints, and auto-lock bottom. In order to fully meet any corrugated packaging requirements, we can produce cardboard boxes in any size, even very large sizes, up to 200 in. (5080 mm) long by 95 in. (2413 mm) wide. We can manufacture in high volume quantities, and also accept short run orders: for our repeat customers, there is no production minimum. 		Custom Printed Corrugated Boxes In addition to our standard product line, Chattanooga Box offers custom printed corrugated boxes, featuring your company’s logo, package content information, or any other graphic, small or large, up to 60 in. (1524 mm) in diameter. We accept your image file in any major computer file format including JPEG and GIF, provide color-matching service, and print your materials using one or two colors on our flexographic press. Our secondary services in support of our box making and printing include design, assembly, die cutting, label printing, laminating, and packaging. 		Corrugated Packaging Design Services When you have finished products, but no packaging solution in place, Chattanooga Box’s packaging design services can help. We offer consulting and design services for all steps of the packaging process, from prototype to production. In order to develop just the right box, we first will evaluate the contents to be shipped, and then design custom packaging specifically around them. Our mechanical engineers conduct most required testing at our facility: vibration, shock, burst, atmospheric, and aging tests, as well as ASTM and ISTA standard tests.
