When you have finished products, but no packaging solution in place, Chattanooga Box’s packaging design services can help. We offer consulting and design services for all steps of the packaging process, from prototype to production. In order to develop just the right box, we first will evaluate the contents to be shipped, and then design custom packaging specifically around them. Our mechanical engineers conduct most required testing at our facility: vibration, shock, burst, atmospheric, and aging tests, as well as ASTM and ISTA standard tests. We can also test to meet DOT and UN approvals.

We design packaging and crating from a variety of materials: corrugated, foam, or wood, depending upon the shipping environment and the items to be packaged. We also offer support services like labeling, warehousing, and distribution, serving customers in the communications, automotive, solar product, and electronics industries as well as most other business sectors, designing custom packaging to suit any need.
